The extension does not start
Confirm you are signed in to Instagram in the same Chrome profile. Reload the Instagram tab, then open the extension again.
Troubleshooting
If an export stalls
Most stops come from the Instagram session, a private profile, or a rate limit. Try the checks below before writing in.
The profile returns no rows
Private profiles only export when your signed-in account is allowed to view that list. A public profile with no followers can also produce an empty file.
Instagram rate-limits the run
Leave cooldown mode on. Wait for the timer in the extension, then continue. Avoid starting several large exports at once.
Detailed mode feels slow
Detailed mode reads extra profile fields, so it takes longer than a fast export. Use fast mode when you only need the list.
You cannot find the file
Check Chrome’s download bar and your downloads folder for a CSV or Excel file. The extension does not email the file.
